At Recover USA, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. That’s why we offer a one-year limited warranty to our customers in the United States. If your product develops defects due to materials or workmanship within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use within 1 year from the purchase date.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

Recover USA covers shipping costs for approved warranty claims within the first 30 days after delivery.

After 30 days, customers are responsible for return shipping. Recover USA will cover the cost of sending a repaired or replacement unit back to you.

Contact us at info@shoprecover.com with your order details, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue. We may request photos/videos to help assess the problem. Once verified, our team will guide you through the repair or replacement process.
